*One must be a Southern Horsemen's Organization member to qualify for any type of award

 

*Points will begin to be awarded the day a Membership Form is turned in with all Fees

 

*Awards are awarded to those qualifying Teams (1 Horse/ 1 Rider)

 

*Participants can compete as more then 1 Team and awards will be awarded to those Teams

meating the qualifications

 

•  Class Awards

  • Teams (1 Horse/1 Rider) must compete in a class(s) at a minimum of 5 shows

  • Class needs to have a sponsor for a Buckle to be awarded

  • Awards will be given to the Top 3 in the class

 

• High Point Awards

  • Only the classes that a Team competes in at a minimum of 5 shows will be counted

  • Classifications: Judged (all In Hand, English, & Western Judged events) & Speed (all Speed Event)

  • Awards will be given to the Champions & Reserve Champions in the Pony 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14-18, and 19 & Over devisions

 

• All Around Awards

  • Teams must compete in 1 In Hand, 1 Judged, and 1 Speed Event at a minimum of 5 shows

  • Awards will be given to the Champions and Reserve Champions in the Pony 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 14-18, and 19 & Over devisions

 

• Participation Awards

  • Award given to those Teams that do not make the Top 3 in a class

  • Must compete in a class(s) at a mimimum of 5 shows.
